Untapped (Uk) CIC
LIFE IN LONDON Family Learning Photography Project at the Festival
Untapped are a social enterprise working with lone parents, families with additional needs, fathers, grandparents and families with English as an additional language. The whole project is aimed at building confidence in IT and digital photography using family history as a starting point, in order to create visual family trees and a DVD with storytelling/percussion soundtrack. We will be using the festival to document the various events, enabling participants to show us what they are enjoying about the festival and the opportunity to experience the festival through a lens. The work is due to be shown at an exhibition at Croydon Clocktower 2 - 10 August and will be a visual family tree, which may be 3D.
Untapped (Uk) CIC also provide photographers to voluntary and third sector organisations. We train volunteers who want to work in the various creative industries.
